Access settings

To set up mentor access, open the Team page and click on the team member, the Team Member page should open.

The right side contains a list of groups, where checkbox indicate which groups a team member has access to. To grant access to a group, click on the checkbox. After that, the member will have access to this group.

The mentor gets an opportunity:

  • Edit and customize trainings added to a group
  • Edit training materials for these trainings
  • Verify the tasks of participants
  • View the list of participants invited to the group
  • Invite new members to the group
  • Set up a group, give access to the group, trainings, and lessons
  • Remove members from the group
Restrictions on mentor access

A mentor does not have the right to:

  • Deleting trainings
  • Deleting groups
  • Access to the Sales section
  • Access to the chat
