Organizing participants into groups

Groups on our learning platform are an important tool for organizing the learning process and ensuring effective interaction between participants.

The main advantages of using groups:

🔵 Manage access to materials - The ability to restrict access to training content for a specific group of participants. You can set start and end dates for access, controlling when participants can view materials.

🔵 Training assignment - An unlimited number of trainings can be assigned to each group. This allows you to more easily manage access to training for a large number of participants.

🔵 Specialized chats - For each group you create, a separate chat is automatically created in the Chat section. This facilitates communication between group members, sharing ideas and discussing important issues in a private environment.

🔵 Involvement of mentors - The group structure allows you to invite mentors and give them access to materials, participants' progress, and the ability to check homework. Mentors can play an important role in providing feedback, guidance and support to participants.
